Convert a LOAD or STORE to the first element of a structure to a PTRSUB.
Data-type propagation may indicate we have a pointer to a structure, but we really need a pointer to the first element of the structure. We can tell this is happening if we load or store too little data from the pointer, interpreting it as a pointer to the structure. This Rule then applies a PTRSUB(,0) to the pointer to drill down to the first component.
Attempt to apply this Rule.
This method contains the main logic for applying the Rule. It must use a given PcodeOp as the point at which the Rule applies. If it does apply, changes are made directly to the function and 1 (non-zero) is returned, otherwise 0 is returned.
